PTO-NJHS Holiday Shop
The Holiday Shop made $958. This will go towards things like funding field trips and events for the students, enrichment items such as any needed class supplies, and providing teachers and staff with lunch at the beginning of the year and during Teacher Appreciation week.

Wreaths Across America in Pomfret
After learning about the volume of rectangular prisms, the 5th graders created animal creatures out of different sized rectangular boxes. They computed the volumes of all the different sized boxes then found the total volume of their animal creature. When they finished their calculations, they decorated and embellished their animal creatures.
The Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS) Scholar-Leader Award is given to two students from each participating middle school in Connecticut to students that have distinguished themselves in scholarship and leadership in school and the community.
