PeaceJam is a project based learning group. “The PeaceJam Foundation is an international organization whose mission is to create young leaders committed to positive change in themselves, their communities and the world through the inspiration of Nobel Peace Laureates who pass on the spirit, skills and wisdom they embody.” ( https://www.peacejam.org/ )

This fundraiser made over $500. which will go towards purchasing microscopes for the science lab in their Ugandan partner school. Thanks goes to those who donated items, the team members who did all that is involved with a tag sale and Lisa Marie Rivera and Martha Goldstein, the parents in charge of the students. By Elizabeth Pierce-Fortin 01 Dec, 2023
After learning about the volume of rectangular prisms, the 5th graders created animal creatures out of different sized rectangular boxes.
